Made from the mix of more than a dozen spices, tender marinated meat,  and rice is placed in several layers.  These layers are placed in a Handi and is sealed to be slowed cooked in Dum style to perfection to invoke all your senses to the aroma, taste, look and feel of the deliciousness and satisfaction in every bite you have.

Ramaa's The Hyderabadi was started in July 11, 2005 at Saligramam when Hyderabadi Biriyani was't available in Chennai. Ramaa, the owner decided to venture into the restaurant industry after being a succesful math teacher in the city for about 15 years. Her passion has always been on food and in the hospitality industry. All our foods are prepared without any added colors or preservatives.
